Booking Policy
Upon booking through our online booking system, you will be asked to enter your card details and a 25% non-refundable deposit will be taken. This deposit confirms your appointment and is deducted from your treatment on the day. You can reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled slot, any reschedules with less than 72 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit and a new one to be sent.
If you no-show you will be required to pay the remaining balance of the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
These fees are in place to cover operational costs. We understand things can happen that are out of your hands however unfortunately without these policies being strictly upheld we will not be able to operate effectively.
Early/Late Policy
Please ensure you are not early to your appointment. This is to allow for the correct disinfection and sterilisation procedures to be carried out to ensure a clean and smooth running appointment.
Please ensure you are always on time for your appointment, we understand things can happen, however, this will interfere with your treatment. We must stick to the schedule so all appointments will still end at their scheduled time, so the next clients are not delayed. Depending on how late you are this may mean we cannot provide the full treatment due to timing, and the remaining balance of the full cost of the scheduled treatment will need to be paid.
Gift Voucher Policy
All gift vouchers are non-refundable, they will not be accepted after the expiry date. Please ensure you bring the gift voucher to your appointment for this to be deducted from the treatment/product cost.
The booking policy and no-show policy still applies to appointments being paid by gift voucher. Any charges and fees will be deducted from the voucher and if there is a debt, the remaining balance will need to be paid.
Patch Test Policy
It is advised to have a patch test 48 hours prior to your chemical peel treatment or any treatment where you feel you may need one - this is your own responsibility to get booked in. If you decide not to have a patch test and still want to go ahead with your treatment, you will need to tick that you have declined a patch test and that you understand the risks associated on your treatment consent form.
Photo Policy
At all treatments, we take before & after pictures for insurance purposes and also so we can look at your skin's progress. However, we understand not all clients will be comfortable with pictures being posted on social media. On your initial consultation form, which is emailed prior to your appointment, there is a question asking if you consent to treatment result pictures being shared on social media, please tick as per your preference.
Package Policy
Packages can be paid in full or where required a payment plan can be set up with a 50% deposit to be paid. However if you were to pull out the payment plan early you will be required to pay the full cost for each treatment you have had immediately.
If you have booked your appointment through your package link and you need to reschedule or cancel, the same booking policies and charges will be implemented.
